Description

The name Fisherman is our tribute to the hard work performed every day by our crew. Like a fisherman, we start each day at dawn. We then collect fresh products from our trusted, usually local suppliers. The Head Chef (Rafał Koziorzemski) personally selects the best products at the market, the kitchen team also collects herbs, such as wild garlic, hare sorrel, garlic flowers, wild arugula and wild flowers, which are used to decorate the dishes.

Rafał Koziorzemski is one of the best chefs - he is the winner of international culinary competitions: The Best Chef Rising Star Awards 2017 and the International Chef Culinary Cup 2018 and 2019. And the Chef's latest achievement is winning the international culinary competition Transgourmet - Chefs en Or 2023! The menu at Fisherman will certainly surprise many demanding palates.
