No, the card is personal, so it is assigned to one person.
Please report it immediately to any Tourist Information point in Sopot (addresses and opening hours here) or to the accommodation facility where the Card was issued.
Go to any Tourist Information point in Sopot and report the problem. The lost card will be blocked, and you will receive a new one. There is a handling fee of PLN 25.
Proof of payment is not required; simply present your card. The card must be swiped to verify its validity. This is also for statistical purposes.
You don't need to get another card. You can top up the new package to the card you already have.
