Perfetto is more than just a café - it's a story of flavor, perseverance, and passion. It all began in 2012 in Kłodzko, where we opened our first café - filled with the aroma of freshly ground coffee, a homely atmosphere, and guests who became part of our community. During the difficult times of the pandemic, when the world slowed down, we decided to start something new—something sweet, crisp, and light as a cloud. It was then that our chef—out of a need for joy and a moment of relaxation—developed her own meringue recipe, which quickly won the hearts of our guests.

Since then, every meringue has been baked by her personally - by hand, with attention to every detail. We prepare them with mascarpone, decorate them with fresh fruit, and top them with homemade mousses, which we also make ourselves. Meringues have become our passion, our signature—and our most frequently ordered dessert.

Our meringues are baked daily on-site by hand, leisurely, and using the finest ingredients. Each one is made according to an original recipe created by the chef with heart, intuition, and a keen eye for flavor balance.
