During the tour of the hall, the guide will talk about interesting issues related to the construction of the Arena, provide interesting facts about the life of the hall and the events taking place there, as well as explain the principles of operation of this type of facility.

The tour will take you not only through the zones available to spectators on a daily basis, but above all it will enable you to visit the so-called the "backstage" zone, the players' locker room, the stars' dressing room, as well as the VIP zone, where you will see one of the VIP boxes.

The meetings take place at entrance C1.

Tickets are sold 5 minutes before the start of each tour.

Estimated duration of the tour: approx. 45 minutes

Information for people with disabilities

ERGO ARENA and the areas surrounding the hall are adapted to accommodate people with disabilities and wheelchair users. In addition to the infrastructure, assistance to people with disabilities is guaranteed by the security and information services that operate at every large event at ERGO ARENA.

PARKING

The main parking lot for people with disabilities is located at the entrance from Łokietka Street: 20 spaces. Additional places are designated near the footbridge, next to the elevator, which allows access to the level with entrances dedicated to people with disabilities (marked on the map below).

Entrance B3 is an entrance dedicated to people with disabilities during all events except league matches for basketball, volleyball and handball - then we direct disabled fans to entrance A1. Access to places designated for people with disabilities is marked.

The parking lot for people with disabilities has a ramp to the third floor to the entrance B3.
